1. Introduction

Welcome to Tawja Travels. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services.

By accessing our website or submitting a booking request, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

2. Services

We provide touristic experiences, activities, and travel-related services in Morocco.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

 

3. Booking and Reservation:

3.1. Users can request bookings by filling out a form on our website.

3.2. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us via email or other communication.

3.3. We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking request.

3.4.  To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking.

3.5.  Full payment must be received 7 weeks before the commencement of the travel services.

3.6.  Tawja Travels reserves the right to cancel any booking if the full payment is not received by the specified date.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are provided upon request or displayed on the website where applicable.
• Payment terms (deposit, full payment, etc.) will be communicated during the booking process.
• Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

 

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Refund eligibility depends on the specific activity or service booked.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety concerns, etc.). In such cases, alternatives or refunds may be offered.  

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respect local laws, customs, and cultural practices
• Follow safety instructions provided during activities
• Arrive on time for scheduled tours

We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

 

7. Changes to Itinerary:

7.1.  Tawja Travels reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political unrest, or other force Majeure events.

7.2.  Changes may be made to accommodation, transportation, and activities if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible.

7.3.  In the case of itinerary changes initiated by Tawja Travels, travelers will have the option to accept the modified itinerary or receive a full refund.

 

8. Travel Insurance:

8.1.  It is strongly recommended that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

8.2.  Travelers are responsible for understanding the terms and coverage of their insurance policy. Tawja Travels is not liable for any expenses incurred that are not covered by the traveler’s insurance.

 

9. Responsibility and Liability:

9.1.  Tawja Travels acts as an intermediary for various suppliers and is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property.

9.2.  Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they possess the necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates.

9.3.  In the event of changes made by third-party suppliers, Tawja Travels will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives, but is not liable for any dissatisfaction or issues arising from such changes.

 

10. Health and Safety:

10.1. Some activities may involve physical effort or outdoor conditions.

10.2. You are responsible for ensuring that you are fit to participate.

10.3. Travelers are advised to check with their healthcare provider for any required vaccinations or health precautions before traveling to Morocco.

10.4.  Tawja Travels is not responsible for any health-related issues or medical emergencies that may arise during the trip.

10.5. Travelers are responsible for notifying Tawja Travels in advance of any medical conditions or dietary requirements that may impact their ability to participate in planned activities.

 

11. Governing Law:

11.1.  These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco.

11.2.  Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Morocco.

 

12. Photosand Marketing:

You consent to Tawja Travels, using images of you taken during the trip for promotional purposes.

 

13. Privacy Policy:

Our privacy policy ensures that any personal information we gather from you will solely be utilized by Tawja Travels for tour-related operations or for sending you marketing materials regarding Tawja Travels.

 

14. Acceptance of Terms:

14.1.   By making a booking with Tawja Travels, the traveler acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

14.2.   In the event of multiple travelers booking together, the person making the booking accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of all individuals included in the booking.

 

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of any changes.
